Dr. Izhar fell in love with nephrology during medical school because he found it to be the best combination of basic science and pathology. He feels that as a kidney doctor, he has the special temperament required to take care of patients who have chronic illnesses.
Dr. Izhar is a big sports fan and played cricket at the college level. In his free time, he enjoys traveling.
